- Errors in Packaging
If an incorrect item is received due to errors by H & H Flatheads, that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the proper item. The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from H & H Flatheads and returned pre-paid within 14 days of the original shipment’s receipt. H & H Flatheads will fill shortages reported within 14 days of receipt. No Claims for incorrect parts or shortages will be addressed after two weeks of the original shipment’s receipt. - Shipping Damage Claims
Claims for damage, open or concealed, are to be made to the freight forwarder. - Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. Merchandise can only be returned within 14 days of the original delivery and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and must be in the same condition they were in at the original time of sale. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Items in original packaging will likewise not be accepted if the packaging is damaged or altered. There will be no refunds of shipping charges or returns of COD items. - Back Ordered Items
If, at the time of an order, a normally stocked item is temporarily out of stock, the item will be placed on back order. The back ordered item will be shipped when it is returned to stock. Customers will not be charged for back ordered items until the item ships. If you would like to cancel a pending back order contact H & H Flatheads immediately. - Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. - Payment
Accepted methods of payment are as follows: money order, company check, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. An additional charge of $10.00 will be added for COD orders. - Drop Shipments
All drop shipments must be paid in full in advance. - Pricing
All prices in this catalog were in effect at the time of it’s printing. The prices in this catalog supersede all prices in previous H & H Flatheads ads or catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes are due to manufacturers and material’s fluctuating costs. If a price has changed from the catalog-listing price, you will be notified at the time of ordering. - Express Delivery
If you would like your shipment to be shipped Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day express, make this request at the time you place your order. Express Shipping options are available at an additional charge. Your sales representative will give you a customized quote to let you know what the total shipping will be. This service is available only to in stock merchandise ordered before 12:00 noon. Express delivery must be pre-paid. - Thank you for your interest in our products.
