Things to know before a return

Errors in Packaging
If an incorrect item is received due to errors by H & H Flatheads, that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the proper item. The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from H & H Flatheads and returned pre-paid within 14 days of the original shipment’s receipt. H & H Flatheads will fill shortages reported within 14 days of receipt. No Claims for incorrect parts or shortages will be addressed after two weeks of the original shipment’s receipt.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. Merchandise can only be returned within 14 days of the original delivery and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and must be in the same condition they were in at the original time of sale. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Items in original packaging will likewise not be accepted if the packaging is damaged or altered. There will be no refunds of shipping charges or returns of COD items.
